Senior Manager, Project Management Talent & Resources
The Sr. Manager, PM Talent & Resources is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end talent lifecycle, capacity planning, and resource allocation of our Project Management and Technology Portfolio Management teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business demand and delivery capability. You will not only ensure that our high-priority technology portfolios and projects are staffed with the right leadership, but you will also serve as the direct people manager, coach, and career advocate for a pool of high-performing PMs and Portfolio Managers.
This role is hybrid (2 - 3 days/week in the office) - based in Toronto, ON
Key Responsibilities
- Capacity Planning: Architect and maintain the enterprise resource capacity model for the PMO, forecasting future talent needs based on the technology roadmap.
