About the Role The Senior Manager, People Partner is a strategic partner for Leica Biosystems' Richmond, IL site, responsible for shaping and delivering the local associate experience across engagement, culture, talent, employee relations and employer brand. This role works with site leaders and HR teams to ensure compliant governance and to empower People Leaders to lead with confidence while mitigating workforce risk. What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Richmond site leadership on people strategy, organizational health, and workforce risk.
- Enable People Leaders through coaching and guidance on complex people topics, including organizational change, policy interpretation, and leader effectiveness.
