About the Role As Senior Manager Materials Management, you will lead the strategic and operational management of Material Management, Production Planning, Purchasing and Logistics at the Schaffhausen site, ensuring excellent material supply, high delivery capability and efficient supply chain processes, while developing the organization and leveraging new technologies to future-proof the supply chain. What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of leaders and supply chain experts.
- Overall responsibility for forecasting, demand planning, production planning, inventory management and material availability.
- Manage procurement activities and advance strategic supplier relationships at national and international levels.
- Ensure an efficient and high-performing supply chain through continuous optimization of processes, inventories and service levels.
