About the Role Lead the KOL and external engagement strategy across clinical areas, translating external insights into strategy and evidence generation. You will design and execute programs for KOLs, VOC, advisory panels, speaker programs, webinars, and advocacy, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business priorities. This role partners with Product Management, Upstream Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Marketing Communications to drive impactful external engagements.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive KOL engagement strategy across clinical areas aligned to business, medical, and innovation priorities.
- Identify, segment, and prioritize KOLs and influencers based on clinical expertise, influence, advocacy impact, and geographic relevance.
