About the Role Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Manager, IT SOX & Internal Audit to own and advance our IT SOX and technology assurance program. You will be the internal authority on IT SOX and operational risks, partnering with IT, Security, and Finance to implement scalable controls and risk insights. This is a strategic, hands-on role with high visibility across the enterprise, reporting to the Chief Audit Executive. What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end IT SOX program from strategy to testing, remediation, and Audit Committee reporting.
- Design and evolve the IT SOX scope, risk assessment, and control framework; drive automation-first and scalable remediation.
- Manage all IT SOX audit activities: walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing, documentation, issue tracking, remediation validation.
- Provide executive-level reporting; support Audit Committee communications.
