About this role
Your responsibilities
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner:in für institutionelle Investoren und Sellside Analysten
- Weiterentwicklung der IR-Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand und den relevanten internen Fachabteilungen
- Weiterentwicklung und Vermarktung der umfassenden Equity Story des Unternehmens (Strategie, Märkte, Produkte, Finanzergebnisse usw.)
- Beratung des C-Level Managements bei kapitalmarktbezogenen Themen
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Quartals- und Jahresberichterstattungen sowie Investorenpräsentationen
- Steuerung des Erwartungsmanagements auf der Buy- und Sellside
- Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Teilnahme an Investorenkonferenzen, Roadshows, Capital Market Days, etc.
