About the role
The HR Business Partner (Corporate Functions) will lead and drive the people strategy for 2–3 corporate functions with significant footprint in India. This role is a key member of both the India HR Leadership Team and the Hyderabad Hub Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- The incumbent will work closely with business leaders to build an inclusive, high-performance culture, develop relevant HR policies and programs aligned to business priorities, and ensure effective HR service delivery.
- The role requires strong operational HR expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across global and local stakeholders.
