About the Role The Senior Manager, Genesis Retailer Performance oversees all regional Retailer Performance activities within the designated Genesis Region, including Keystone Program execution, Field Consulting Strategy, KPI monitoring, retailer engagement, financial statement analysis and the Core Operational Performance Program (COPP). This role uses advanced analytics and leadership to improve retailer performance and operational results across the region. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage regional Retailer Performance activities, including Keystone Program execution, Field Consulting Strategy, KPI monitoring, retailer engagement, financial statement analysis, and COPP.
- Use advanced knowledge to lead consulting actions with retailers identified for the COPP program.
- Exercise independent judgement in daily analysis of the region's Keystone matrix.
