About the Role Samsara is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance and Strategy to partner with our Research & Development (R&D) organization. You will help set and achieve corporate goals, drive rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic decisions, and lead FP&A processes across the R&D function. This role offers the option to be based in our San Francisco office or fully remote. What You'll Do
- Partner with the R&D organization and business leaders to set and achieve corporate goals.
- Drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic judgments and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across Samsara’s R&D organization, including forecast models and scenario planning.
- Develop and maintain forecast models and provide accurate guidance to leaders and investors.
