About the Role The Senior Manager Clinical Data Acquisition Leader is an experienced data management leader responsible for driving data acquisition and management strategies for large or complex clinical programs within J&J's IDAR organization. The role leads data management delivery, partners with cross-functional teams and external partners, and helps shape the capabilities and readiness of the function. What You'll Do
- Drive strategy, planning, execution, and completion of all data management activities within assigned scope, ensuring quality, compliance, consistency, and efficiency.
- Proactively evaluate and manage resource demand, allocation, utilization, and delivery; maintain functional planning systems.
- Independently manage issue escalations and manage risks to protect project deliverables.
