About the Role Lead and deliver Alcon Surgical's digital transformation across four entities (Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong) by guiding cross-functional teams and aligning with country annual plans. This role can be based in Bangkok or Taipei with a week-long travel to the other site each month, depending on location.
What You'll Do
- Deliver and deploy critical transformational initiatives by leading cross-functional teams to meet country requirements and deploy on time and in full.
- Strategically influence global/international teams to define deployment plans and promotional campaign requirements for critical initiatives.
- Actively monitor market competition to ensure requirements meet business needs and keep Alcon ahead of competition.
