Benefits
- Manager for the Americas. You will lead our 401(k) and financial-wellbeing strategy while also managing the coordinated design and delivery of benefits across the Americas (Canada, US, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Brazil). You’ll be a key facilitator in program design, vendor partnerships, compliance, and ongoing optimization. Frequently collaborating with our HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and Total Rewards leadership to drive engagement, cost-effectiveness, and measurable improvements allowing our employees and their families to live their best lives.
