About the Role Anthropic is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections (EMEA) to own the end-to-end credit and collections lifecycle for the region. This senior leadership role combines strategy, people management, and automation/AI initiatives to scale cash collection while protecting the business and customers.
What You'll Do
- Set the strategic direction for EMEA credit and collections, including portfolio management, aging reviews, and cash forecasting for the region.
- Own the EMEA collections automation roadmap, including segmentation strategy, dunning workflows, self-service payment experiences, and automated dispute routing.
