Skills and Competencies
- Senior-level expertise in Record-to-Report accounting, including accruals, reconciliations, allocations, eliminations, and consolidated close across multi-entity environments
- Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS with strong accounting judgment to resolve complex issues
- Proven experience leading and developing accounting managers and teams with a strong performance and control mindset
- Demonstrated ability to govern period-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness
- Strong analytical and variance analysis skills, with the ability to identify risks and provide insights to senior stakeholders
- Experience partnering with FP&A, Tax, Audit, and finance stakeholders to explain results and resolve complex matters . High proficiency with SAP, BlackLine, and consolidation platforms
