About the Role GiveWell is seeking a Senior Malaria Researcher to contribute to a rigorous malaria research agenda within a lean, high-impact team. You will combine empirical evidence review, critical synthesis, cost-effectiveness modeling, and expert discussions to address the malaria questions most relevant to GiveWell’s funding decisions. You will also mentor other researchers and communicate findings externally. What You'll Do
- Lead empirical evidence review and synthesis related to malaria.
- Develop and apply cost-effectiveness models to malaria interventions.
- Engage with subject-matter experts and understand the broader context of malaria research.
- Shape a research agenda with rigor and creativity and adapt portfolios in response to new technologies and priorities.
- Communicate findings externally to donors and the public.
