About the Role Senior Maintenance Technician (Shifts) at Amgen Breda, responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of modern semi- and fully automated packaging, labeling and assembly equipment, and supporting warehousing and facility systems to keep site operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance and technical analysis on a wide range of machines and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic issues.
- Work closely with Production and Quality teams to prioritize and resolve technical challenges.
- Support the introduction of new equipment, including commissioning and mechanical validation.
- Share expertise by coaching and training colleagues on the shop floor.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and strengthen preventive maintenance strategies. What We're Looking For
