About the Role The Senior Local Operations Manager (LOM) is a site-aligned, end-to-end partner responsible for streamlining communication across cross-functional stakeholders throughout trial lifecycles. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for sites, driving issue resolution and ensuring site operational needs are represented to client teams. What You'll Do
- Act as primary company contact for assigned trial sites, engaging with Investigator and Site Staff throughout the life of the trial.
- Lead site feasibility, site qualification visits, and country feasibility reporting; collaborate with central study team and local stakeholders for final site selection.
- Ensure local/country teams meet recruitment targets with high-quality data on time and within study budget; develop local trial procedures/tools, recruitment planning, contingency and risk management, and budget forecasting.
