About the Role Taft is seeking a team-oriented senior litigation associate to join its construction practice in our West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of construction litigation experience, including managing junior associates, representing clients in complex construction litigation, construction defect claims counseling, and contract and business disputes. Transactional experience with contract drafting and negotiation is a plus.
