About the Role Senior Lead Consultant for ORTEC's Routing and Dispatch software, responsible for owning the successful technical delivery of the ORTEC solution throughout the implementation life cycle for medium to large customers. Works with the solution architect, project managers and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into a designed deployment and ensures high customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation activities: requirements gathering, design, configuration, interfaces (SQL, XML, XSL), data import/export, and GUI configuration
- Act as owner of end-to-end solution delivery across all project phases: from design to deployment and transition to support
- Define work packages and monitor progress with project managers; ensure adherence to scope and plan
