About the Role The Senior HRIS Analyst for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen supports, optimizes and maintains UKG and related HR systems in a hands-on functional support environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide tier two HRIS support for system issues, troubleshooting, triage and resolution; collaborate with HRIS Analyst and HRIS Manager.
- Manage system configuration, testing, and new functionality implementation within UKG and other systems; support internal client groups with systems, best practices, access and reporting.
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot issues.
- Partner with Benefits team on EDI carrier file issues, open enrollment support, and system configuration updates.
- Gather functional requirements and lead small-to-medium HRIS projects; work with vendors on implementation and testing; contribute to larger initiatives.
