About the Role Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying deep knowledge of home lending products. You will support customers while adhering to regulatory requirements, and you will have opportunities to grow within the organization.
What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
- Work with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
- Collaborate with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
