About the Role Improvado is building an AI-powered marketing data platform for mid-market and enterprise teams. We’re seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Data Analyst to analyze funnel performance, surface insights, and automate marketing workflows using AI. You’ll own attribution and dashboards, lead ABM efforts, and help scale growth across channels. What You'll Do
- Analyze funnel performance, surface insights, and act on them without waiting to be asked
- Automate marketing loops in advertising and outbound using Claude
- Build AI-powered workflows that replace manual work: copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, reporting
- Generate pipeline from targeted account lists (ABM) — from signal to sequence, fast
- Experiment with new growth channels; kill what doesn't work, scale what does
