About the Role Senior Financial Planning Analyst to support PUMA's Retail and eCommerce across Oceania. The role partners with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights, lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, and drive profitable growth. Will mentor junior talent and contribute to strategic initiatives across the Commercial Finance function. What You'll Do
- Lead Financial Planning & Forecasting across Retail and eCommerce.
- Own budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning cycles; develop rolling forecasts and identify risks and opportunities; build robust financial models; monitor key drivers (sales, conversion, average transaction value, labour productivity, occupancy costs); evaluate capital expenditure proposals.
