About the Role The Senior Finance Systems Analyst supports FP&A and Finance stakeholders by translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions. The role acts as a bridge between Finance, Data & Analytics, and IT—owning user stories, improving reporting processes, and driving continuous improvement in financial analytics. You will partner with various finance functions, acting as their single point of contact, to ensure the successful advancement of finance data & analytics within Cytiva. What You'll Do
- Partner with global FP&A teams to capture requirements, prioritise demand, and manage reporting/analytics initiatives
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional designs; coordinate delivery with development teams
- Support users with reporting questions and ensure accurate, reliable financial insights
