Your responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Prüfung und Analyse konsolidierter Abschlussergebnisse sowie für die Implementierung, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Kontroll- und Qualitätssicherungsmechanismen in der Finanzberichterstattung
- Koordination und Harmonisierung von Rechnungslegungsrichtlinien und Berichtsstandards mit lokalen Finanzteams, Durchführung von Trainings, Workshops und Site-Visits zum Wissensaustausch und zur Verbreitung von Best Practices
- Strategische Führung bei der Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Finanzberichtsprozessen, Einführung neuer Technologien und Tools, Durchführung von Prozessanalysen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Optimierungs- und Innovationsplänen
