About the Role DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a cloud-native, AI-first platform that powers managed services for global enterprises. The architecture and product vision are set, and this role will translate that vision into shipped software while keeping the team moving without constant oversight. What You'll Do
- Translate the Chief Architect’s vision into shipped code and ensure it runs in production
- Lead a team of 5–10 engineers day-to-day (1:1s, growth plans, performance conversations, hiring)
- Stay hands-on by leading the toughest reviews, debugging sessions, surfacing issues, and making sound calls
- Mentor engineers at all levels, growing juniors into mids, mids into seniors, and helping seniors think like tech leads
- Partner with the Technical Project Manager on sprint planning, capacity, estimates, and delivery tracking
