About the Role Senior Employment Counsel partners with People & Places and global leaders to ensure Intuit’s employment strategy, programs, and policies comply with the law while accelerating our workforce initiatives. This role emphasizes practical, business-oriented counsel, stakeholder empathy, and delivering creative, compliant solutions across all jurisdictions. What You'll Do
- Advise the People & Places team on all employment legal matters in assigned business unit(s), covering the entirety of the employment lifecycle from recruiting to separation
- Serve as strategic legal partner for assigned centralized subject matters
- Represent Intuit in employment claims, managing outside litigation counsel as needed
- Support and/or lead special projects and initiatives as needs arise
- Deliver clear, practical, and business-oriented advice to enable smart risk-taking
