Senior Director, Provider Experience

About the role: The Senior Director of Provider Experience is a strategic role responsible for deeply understanding the provider experience and then developing and executing a roadmap of cross-functional initiatives. This high-performing leader is a curious and analytical doer, and will work in a fast-paced environment to influence key partners to deliver impactful outcomes. Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week.
