About the Role Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director of Global HEOR to lead global HEOR efforts, develop payer insights, and support market access and medical strategy across regions. This remote US-based role collaborates with Product Management, Medical-Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to demonstrate the value of Cepheid’s diagnostics and systems. What You'll Do
- Develop and modify HEOR strategies and tactical plans in support of global market access and medical organization strategies to leverage and demonstrate the value of Cepheid’s products.
- Lead Cepheid’s integrated evidence planning (IEP) process to develop comprehensive value stories and prioritize short and long-term evidence generation plans; ensure alignment with Commercial and Medical strategy, including payer-based & HTA-based value input.
