About the Role The Senior Director, Global Payroll for the Food Ingredients business leads the global payroll transformation as the organization transitions to a standalone company. This role focuses on Day 1 readiness, implementation execution, and the establishment of a compliant, scalable payroll operation across 45+ countries for roughly 5,700 employees, with future-state ownership of the US payroll function. What You'll Do
- Lead the execution, implementation, and stabilization of the global payroll function for the Food Ingredients business as it transitions to a standalone organization.
- Own delivery against the global payroll project plan, actively managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities.
- Drive Day 1 payroll readiness across 45+ countries and ~5,700 employees.
