About the Role
Senior Director, Global Operations Product Lead to lead the evolution of Paramount's financial and procurement technology stack. You will bridge the gap between finance operations and technical execution, serving as the product owner for Oracle Fusion applications. You will define the roadmap, optimize workflows, and guide the adoption of Oracle Fusion Travel and Expense (T&E), Sourcing, Procurement, General Ledger (GL), and Accounts Payable (AP). A key differentiator is hands-on agentic app development: you will build, train, and deploy AI agents using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and Anthropic to automate complex workflows and improve user experiences. - Define the Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Oracle Fusion Finance and Procurement modules including T&E, Sourcing, Procurement, GL, and AP.
