About this role
About the Role Lead and scale a modern data platform and governance function in a regulated, life-sciences environment. You will build high-performing teams across data engineering, EDI, ETL, and enterprise integrations, ensure data governance and compliance (SOX and GxP), and partner with business stakeholders to deliver trusted data at scale. This role reports to the VP, Digital, Data & AI and is based on-site in Kraków. What You'll Do
- Set a bold, clear enterprise data platform vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Lead, coach, and scale teams across data governance, data engineering, EDI, ETL, and integration engineering; develop leaders and a culture of accountability.
- Drive modernization of the data platform: architectural simplification, standardization, and adoption of modern data patterns.
