About the Role We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our Solution Creative Design Team and own how design scales across the customer lifecycle at Synthesia. This is a senior IC role for a designer who has spent significant time inside commercial organisations and knows what it takes to make design a measurable lever for adoption, expansion, and customer success. You won't just craft individual templates—you'll own the systems, frameworks, and visual architecture that the team and our customers depend on. What You'll Do
- Be an owner of the visual architecture for the Solution Creative Design function — defining the template systems, motion frameworks, and brand-execution standards that scale across our customer base.
