The Senior Development Manager is a key role on Educate!'s revenue team, sitting at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationship management. This position drives fundraising by leading external engagements with funders, developing compelling proposals, and ensuring coordination across teams. You will take increasing ownership of a growing portfolio of philanthropic funders, with the near-term focus on hands-on execution and longer-term opportunities to grow into broader leadership as impact and ownership expand. Our team aims to scale toward $100M in revenue by 2035, and this role sits one step below Head level on the development team, with clear opportunities for growth.
