- Develop and apply savoury product solutions across plant-based meats, sauces, soups, condiments, ready meals, and meat products.
- Leverage new raw materials, emerging technologies, and IFF innovations to drive product development and technical excellence.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in recipe formulation, ingredient functionality, and raw material applications.
- Maintain and improve recipe databases, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Guide teams on market-specific taste and texture preferences for consumer-relevant concepts and submissions.
