About the Role We are looking for a passionate Senior Data Scientist to join P&G Scaled Data Science Hub in Warsaw. You will own a defined business space with algorithmic model needs, starting with HR processes, and work with product, data engineering, and AI teams to deliver scalable models with impact.
What You'll Do
- Partner with product teams and business leaders to understand problems and deploy models into applications.
- Develop insights to steer the algorithmic roadmap in your area of ownership.
- Analyze and model large datasets (e.g., translating 1.5TB daily touchpoints and 500M+ consumer behaviors into actionable recommendations).
- Answer business questions and propose ML-based solutions to business problems.
