About the Role Join adjoe's Data Science team as a Senior Data Scientist. You will own the core ML lifecycle, building production models that predict user engagement and optimize reward structures across 770M users, directly impacting advertiser ROAS and publisher revenue.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end ML lifecycle from data extraction (Trino, Spark, AWS Athena) to model development, A/B validation, and production deployment.
- Develop and deploy deep learning models (PyTorch or TensorFlow) that handle 1M+ daily predictions in production.
- Work with a 1PB+ behavioral data lake to train models predicting LTV, conversions, and user behavior.
- Collaborate with product and stakeholders to translate requirements into ML logic; explain model behavior to non-technical audiences.
