Senior Customer Operations Account Manager
Responsibilities
- serving as the primary operations partner for a select portfolio of large, strategic technology customers
- Build trusted relationships with customer and AMD stakeholders across operational, managerial, and executive levels
- Review customer backlogs and partner with factory, finance, sales, and customers to resolve issues
- Manage business across the product lifecycle, including NPI and EOL
- Manage inventory and DOI to minimize inventory costs
- Analyze demand, supply, consumption rates, and ordering patterns for direct customers and distribution channels
- Anticipate customer needs, remove barriers, and resolve complex order, supply, delivery, and operational issues
- Strengthen customer partnerships to support business continuity and long-term growth
