- Partner with the sales team in pre-sales engagements to design and present Lumi solutions that address customer needs in observability, SIEM, and adjacent analytics use cases.
- Leverage deep expertise in Splunk and familiarity with related tools such as Cribl, Grafana, and Elastic to ensure seamless integration into customer environments.
