Senior Crisis Intervention Specialist is the first point of contact for potential clients, providing information and referrals to callers, including intake screenings and safety assessments for survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other forms of gender violence. The role also involves guiding clients through the New York State Office of Victims Services (OVS) and assisting in filing compensation applications. What You'll Do
