About the Role Join Guidehouse's State and Local Government (SLG) practice in Columbia, SC as a Senior Consultant. You will help public sector clients solve complex challenges from strategy through execution, serve as a day-to-day lead on projects as a Business Analyst on technology-focused initiatives, facilitate client meetings, and develop client-ready work products. You will work in person with your team and clients and contribute to growing our South Carolina presence.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a critical team member for consulting projects from project initiation through analysis, solution development, implementation, and closeout.
- Plan and facilitate client interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions to understand current state processes, challenges, opportunities, and goals.
