- Handle property & specialty claims from beginning to end (first notification, investigation, assessment, settlement and recovery).
- Assign loss adjusters/surveyors for investigations when needed; maintain e-filing and documentation; participate in QA/Regional Audit processes; align with AIG Global Standards.
- Work collaboratively with PSR team to maintain adherence to claims best-practice protocols for PSR claims and continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
