As we scale our Canadian operations, we’re looking for two Senior Client Success Consultants in India to act as the strategic engine behind our North American accounts.
The Role
You aren’t just "support", you are the backbone of the client lifecycle. You will own a dedicated book of accounts while providing high-leverage support to our Canadian Managers’ portfolios. You’ll ensure renewals are seamless, admin is airtight, and the "tech" never gets in the way of the "win."
