About the Role GFDS EMEA Change Solutions is part of Global Fund Distribution Services within BlackRock’s Business Operations Services division and has responsibility for defining, shaping, and delivering strategic change initiatives across the EMEA region. The team partners with Transfer Agency Services and Fund Distribution Operations to evolve operating models that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with regulatory requirements and client expectations. The senior Change Leader will own and deliver complex, high-impact transformations across Transfer Agency Services, Fund Distribution Operations, and platform capabilities, driving growth in digital, data, and AI-enabled capabilities while modernising the operating model.
