Senior Benefits Specialist to drive the design, harmonization, and administration of benefits programs across multiple countries, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned to the global Total Rewards strategy.
What You'll Do
- Review and harmonize benefits programs across countries
- Define global benefits policies, governance, and roadmap
- Design and benchmark competitive benefits offerings
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendors
- Lead renewals, negotiations, and cost optimization
- Administer global bonus cycles (calculation, validation, payouts)
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax frameworks
- Analyze costs, trends, and provide reporting to stakeholders
- Support communication and change initiatives
