About the Role Senior Battery Reliability Engineer will support automotive battery cell manufacturing and evaluate cell performance and reliability for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis electrified vehicles. As part of Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI), you will collaborate across manufacturing sites, technology and material vendors, and Korean counterparts to advance North American development and production.
What You'll Do
- Travel to cell manufacturing sites, participate in production reviews, and assess production output.
- Design and execute battery performance tests.
- Compare product features against competitor products and industry standards.
- Communicate directions and needs, including ownership of presentations, reports, and meetings.
