Role Overview
- We are seeking Senior Associates to join our Investment Banking team.
- This role is ideal for candidates with strong deal execution experience gained either at an investment bank with a demonstrable transaction track record, or within the Transaction Advisory / Deal Advisory arm of a Big Four firm.
- The successful candidates will play a central role in executing live transactions, managing analyst teams, and acting as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day deal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A, capital raising, and advisory transactions, from origination support through to closing
- Build and review complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, merger models, and trading/transaction comparables
