About the Role Taft Stettinius & Hollister seeks a team-oriented and experienced Attorney to join its Real Estate practice in the Indianapolis office. The firm is looking for a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with at least eight years of real estate experience to contribute to a dynamic practice group.
What You'll Do
- Assist and lead on real estate transactions including acquisition, disposition, financing, and commercial office leasing.
- Conduct legal research, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and provide persuasive writing and analytical analysis to support client matters.
- Collaborate with partners and associates to deliver high-quality client service and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
