As the Senior Associate Director, you will help define the student leadership experience through programs and policies, master the complexities of risk management and professional supervision, and empower students to lead for the common good. You will be a cornerstone of the leadership team, shaping student organizations as high-impact experiential learning opportunities and collaborating across campus. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and policy governance for student organization and leadership development initiatives within the Center for Student Involvement.
- Supervise professional staff; manage the university’s student organization recognition and risk framework (including compliance with legal and safety standards).
