About the Role The senior analyst, RWE acceleration, serves as the technical anchor for the RWD platform implementation and data integration workflows. This individual contributor role bridges strategy and execution- ensuring that platform investments are effectively operationalized within NOCC Hyderabad based study workflows. The analyst works in close partnership with the US data platform team and the innovation work stream to support tooling adoption, integration design, and workflow optimization across the Novartis RWD portfolio. What You'll Do
- Support implementation and workflow integration of core RWD platforms that are either internal or external to Novartis.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and quality checks for new platform features or tooling deployments.
- Support evaluation of NLP tools from a technical integration and workflow feasibility perspective.
